Coaching Agreement & Guidelines

Thank you for choosing to participate in coaching services through Benzo Nation Inc.
Our coaching services are designed to provide encouragement, education, support, accountability, and shared lived-experience perspectives for individuals navigating medication harm, recovery, nervous system healing, and life transitions.
Please read the following agreement carefully before participating in coaching services.
Nature of Coaching Services
Coaching offered through Benzo Nation Inc. is educational and supportive in nature.
Coaching is not:

Medical care
-
Mental health therapy
-
Psychiatry
-
Counseling
-
Crisis intervention
-
Legal or financial advice
Coaches do not diagnose, prescribe, treat medical conditions, or provide licensed healthcare services unless otherwise independently licensed outside of Benzo Nation Inc.
Clients are encouraged to consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical or mental health concerns.
Personal Responsibility
By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing

Coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support personal growth, education, and goal-setting
You understand that any decisions regarding medications, treatment plans, healthcare providers, or tapering approaches should be discussed with qualified medical professionals.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance through the Benzo Nation Inc. website or approved scheduling methods.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be non-refundable.
Confidentiality
Benzo Nation Inc. values privacy and respect within coaching relationships.
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated respectfully and confidentially unless:

Disclosure is required by law

There is concern regarding immediate harm to self or others

The client provides written permission to share information
Please note that online communication and virtual platforms may carry inherent privacy risks despite reasonable efforts to protect confidentiality.
Community Conduct
Clients agree to engage respectfully with coaches, staff members, volunteers, and community participants.
Harassment, abusive behavior, threats, discrimination, or repeated inappropriate conduct may result in removal from services or community spaces without refund.
Payments and Refunds
Coaching fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Benzo Nation Inc. Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Benzo Nation Inc., its coaches, volunteers, team members, and affiliates shall not be held liable for decisions, outcomes, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from participation in coaching services.
Participation in coaching services is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
Benzo Nation Inc. coaching services are intended for educational and peer-support purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
Updates to This Agreement
Benzo Nation Inc. may update this Coaching Agreement periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
