About Us

Real stories. Unheard voices. A mission created to educate, honor, and save lives.

Amplifying voices. Bringing truth into the light. Saving lives through education and storytelling.

Benzo Nation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness about the real-life impact benzodiazepines can have when taken as prescribed.

Through powerful documentary storytelling, survivor experiences, education, and advocacy, we share the stories of individuals and families whose lives have been forever changed — including those who are still fighting, those who have found healing, and those we have tragically lost.

We believe every story matters.

By bringing these experiences into the light, Benzo Nation seeks to educate the public, encourage informed conversations, inspire change, and help prevent future harm.

Our work is made possible through the generosity of those who believe in our mission. Together, we can create a future where people are seen, informed, and never left to walk this journey alone.

Speak Up. Save Lives.

Our Story

Benzo Nation began with one story — a life forever changed by a medication taken exactly as prescribed.

After experiencing the devastating effects of prescribed benzodiazepine use and the challenges of Benzodiazepine-Induced Neurological Dysfunction (BIND), our founder discovered that countless others around the world were facing similar struggles — many feeling unseen, unheard, and searching for answers.

What began as a personal journey became a mission.

Benzo Nation was created to bring these unheard stories into the light through documentary storytelling, education, and advocacy. We share the voices of survivors, honor those whose lives have been lost, and raise awareness about the real-life impact benzodiazepines can have on individuals and families.

Our goal is not only to tell stories — but to create understanding, inspire change, and help prevent future harm.

Every voice matters. Every story has purpose.

Together, we can Speak Up. Save Lives.
